The Cuddle Cloud Trust Guarantee We know that ordering children's clothing online can be stressful. We want you to shop with absolute peace of mind, which is why we offer a completely transparent purchasing experience.

1. The "Open Parcel" COD Policy (Check Before You Pay) Your satisfaction is our priority. When our rider arrives, you are fully authorized to open the parcel and inspect the fabric, quality, and size of the clothes before you hand over the cash. If the product does not match our premium standards or your expectations, simply hand it back to the rider on the spot. Zero charges, zero stress.

2. Standard Returns (Within 7 Days) If you accept the parcel but later change your mind, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return or exchange, simply message our customer support team on WhatsApp at 03238027844 or email us at cuddlecloudkidsshop@gmail.com. Please provide your Order Number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the quick return process.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via WhatsApp or Email. Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account, JazzCash, or NayaPay account within 1 to 2 business days. (Note: Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable).
