At Cuddle Cloud Kids, we know you are excited to receive your little one's new wardrobe. Our shipping process is designed to be as fast and transparent as possible.

1. Order Verification To ensure a smooth delivery process and protect against fake orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation. Once you place an order, our team will send you a quick WhatsApp message or give you a brief call to confirm your exact delivery address. Unverified orders will not be dispatched.

2. Processing Time Once your order is verified, our team carefully packs your premium outfits. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

3. Delivery Timelines & Charges

  • Standard Delivery Time: Expect your parcel to arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.

  • Shipping Charges: A flat delivery rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan. This will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.

4. The "Open Parcel" Cash on Delivery (COD) Your peace of mind is our ultimate priority. When our courier partner arrives, you have the absolute right to open the parcel and check the items before you hand over any cash. If you are not completely satisfied with the premium fabric or quality, you can simply hand it back to the rider immediately.

5. Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp containing your courier tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly to your door.

6. Delayed Parcels While we partner with the most reliable couriers in Pakistan, occasional delays can happen due to severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please reach out to our support team on WhatsApp at 03238027844, and we will resolve it for you immediately.
